Do you live, work, travel alone? Are you a single parent responsible for young children or a carer for an elderly parent or friend? If you answered YES to any of these, your safety and those that rely on you have been at risk. When a person is alone and becomes incapacitated or unconscious how can they signal for help? This very dliemma lead us to rethink how traditional safety apps work. Fortunately we have made some big improvements, that give individuals a simple tool to confidently proclaim "I AM SAFE". We have reverse engineered the functionality so that instead of requiring users to actively request help (which may be impossible) our app requests help when users fail to confirm that they are safe. Once you have installed the app and created an account our simple onboarding process will instruct you to select three emergency contacts from your contacts on your phone, then setup four safety alerts per day you can either accept the default safety alert messages provided or customize to suit your requirements. Heres how it works. When your safety alert goes off it will ring three times over a five minute period, if you fail to press the safety button in time, each of your contacts will receive a text message and map of your current smart phone location.
